These terms cover your use of Session Sheet (the website and the app). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Session Sheet.
What Session Sheet is
Session Sheet writes text — Styles prompts, lyrics, Exclude lists and settings advice — for you to use in Suno. It doesn't generate audio. Session Sheet is an independent tool for writing Suno prompts. It isn't made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Suno, Inc. "Suno" is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe what the tool works with.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use Session Sheet.
- Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Don't create accounts to get around the free quota.
The free plan
Free accounts get a daily quota (currently 5 new packages and 30 studio actions, resetting at midnight UTC). We may change the quota, add paid plans, or change features. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you the price before you're ever charged.
Acceptable use
Don't use Session Sheet to:
- create content that is illegal, harassing or hateful, sexualises minors, or infringes someone else's rights;
- copy another artist's lyrics or pass work off as a real artist's;
- break, probe, overload or scrape the service, or get around its limits or security;
- resell or provide the service to others without our written permission.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
What you put in (briefs, lyrics, notes, track links) stays yours. What Session Sheet writes for you is yours to use, including commercially; we claim no ownership of it. You give us permission to store and process your content only as needed to run the service for you. AI output can resemble existing work by chance: check anything you release, and follow Suno's terms for the audio you make there.
No guarantees
Session Sheet is provided "as is". Suno decides what it generates, and it changes over time, so we can't promise any particular result in Suno. The service may have bugs or downtime, and AI output can be wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, on the free plan, is zero). Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending things
You can stop using Session Sheet at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may stop offering the service or part of it; if we shut down, we'll give reasonable notice where we can so you can copy your work.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users. Continuing to use Session Sheet means you accept the updated terms.
